• Information you send us. If you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the reason you are writing and your message. If you message us through our Google Business Profile we receive what you write and the details Google shares with us about the conversation.
• Information collected automatically. With your permission we use cookies and similar tools to measure how visitors use the site. This includes which pages are viewed, how you arrived and whether you tap the phone number or a booking button. This data is collected by Google Analytics and does not include your name or contact details.
• Information collected by our booking provider. Appointments are booked on GlossGenius. When you book you give your details to GlossGenius and not to this website.

How we use information

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

• To schedule and manage appointments.
• To understand how the site is used so we can keep it useful and fast.
• To keep the site and contact form secure and free of spam.

Cookies and analytics

Messaging through Google

Our Google Business Profile may let you send us messages from Google Search and Google Maps. Some replies may be written with the help of automated tools provided by Google and may be reviewed or sent by us. Do not share sensitive information such as payment card numbers or health details in these messages.

Messages sent this way are handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy as well as by us under this policy. You can stop a conversation at any time.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the salon and the site. We do not sell it. These providers are:

• Google, for Analytics, Maps, reviews and Business Profile messaging.
• GlossGenius, for booking and for appointment reminders and reviews.
• Resend, which delivers contact form messages to our email.
• Cloudflare, which provides spam protection on the contact form.
• Vercel, which hosts the site.

How long we keep information

We keep contact form messages and conversations only as long as needed to answer you and for reasonable record keeping. Appointment records are kept by GlossGenius under its own policies. Analytics data is kept by Google for the period set in our Analytics account.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you or to correct or delete it. You can also withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
