In October of 2020, Metropolitan Hair Boutique was established by Dawn M. Camacho, an experienced professional stylist since 1993. Dawn has worked at every level in the hair industry and is certified in several techniques and brands.

Metro is a unique salon, as clients receive personal one on one treatment and have the luxury of having the salon all to themselves. This atmosphere not only creates a safer environment for clients due to the pandemic, it also gives clients the stylist’s personal touch and attention throughout the entire service, which is not found in the big salons.

Located inside Sola Salons in Princeton, NJ, Metro is an upscale style salon, clients have access to free Wifi, Netflix and a long playlist of music. Clients can relax and be comfortable with that "at home" type of atmosphere, all while being serviced in a safe environment. Stylists and clients are required to wear mask throughout the entire service and the workstation area in Metro is sanitized before each client arrives and after their service is complete.

Metro clients also have access to Gloss Genius, a convenient 24/7 booking application that allows clients to make an appointment at their leisure using their computer or cell phone. Clients cans also browse through Gloss Genius to view the list of services that are offered at Metro.
